Quite simply, an attractively furnished, well staged home is universally more appealing to a wider range of potential buyers, and is ultimately easier to sell. In order to achieve this goal, I will rearrange your existing furniture, where applicable, and if necessary, can rent additional furniture and purchase decorative items to further your home's sales potential. In some cases, I may suggest that you store some of your furniture and possessions away until you move, and might even recommend updating your bedding, window treatments, paint colors and accessories.
Moving
